Collection and Processing of Personal Data
We collect and process personal data exclusively in accordance with applicable legal provisions. The processing is carried out in particular for the execution of orders, communication with customers, and the fulfilment of contractual and legal obligations.
The data processed includes in particular name, address, email address, phone number and payment information.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Sharing of Data
Personal data will only be shared to the extent necessary for the execution of the contract (e.g. with shipping or payment service providers). Data will not be shared with other third parties.
Processors
For the processing of orders, we use Lightspeed as a data processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Lightspeed processes personal data solely on our behalf and based on a data processing agreement.
Storage and Deletion
Personal data will only be stored for as long as necessary to fulfil the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. Retention periods for tax-relevant data are generally 7 years.
Rights of Data Subjects
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and object to the processing of your data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
