Scope
To any business of any kind between Huiskamergeluk vof / Blossify.com and the customer, the following terms and conditions apply in their current version. Divergent conditions or general business conditions of the customer shall not be valid unless it has been agreed in writing.
Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, butmust be seen as an online-catalog. By ordering the desired product, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The confirmation of the order follows immediately after the order and does not constitute an acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivery of the goods within five working days. The seller is entitled to refuse acceptance of the order.
Delivery
Huiskamergeluk vof / Blossify.com delivers the goods normally within 5 working days by DPD to you.
The delivery is made to the customer's delivery address as specified during completion of the transaction in the order processing.
Undeliverable items
The offers of Huiskamergeluk vof / Blossify.com are subject to change. Huiskamergeluk vof / Blossify.com reserves the right not to provide the service promised, if it is determined after conclusion of the contract that the goods are not available, although a corresponding hedging transaction was completed. In such a case you will be notified immediately. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately. Any further claims against Huiskamergeluk / Blossify.com are excluded.
Shipment
For deliveries to The Netherlands we charge a shipping fee of EUR 12,50. Orders of more than EUR 300,- are delivered without shipping fee.
For deliveries to Germany and Belgium we charge a shipping fee of EUR 17,50. Orders of more than EUR 300,- are delivered without shipping fees.
For deliveries to Austria we charge a shipping fee of EUR 25,00. Orders of more than EUR 300,- are delivered without shipping fees.
For deliveries to Denmark, France and Luxemburg we charge a shipping fee of EUR 25,00. Orders of more than EUR 500,- are delivered without shipping fees.
For deliveries to other countries we charge the following shipping fees:
Sweden, Finland, Spain: EUR 35,00
Poland, Italy: EUR 40,00
Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ireland and England: EUR 45,00
Greece: EUR 60,00
Switzerland: EUR 75,00 for the first package, EUR 25,00 for each extra package of 30 kg
Payment & Pricing
You can choose to pay by proforma-payment, Direct-banking or Giro-pay. After the amount is credited to our bank account, the goods will be shipped.
All prices are in Euros, excl. VAT plus any applicable shipping fees.
Warranties
The warranty is based on the statutory provisions. Normal wear and tear of the goods does not establish warranty.
Refund
A right of refund is available only if it is undisputed or acknowledged by us in writing.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until payment is complete.

Any use of the materials available on this site, photos, text and info - including the reproduction, distribution, modification and publication is prohibited unless Huiskamergeluk vof / Blossify.com has agreed before.
Applicable Law
To all legal relationships between the parties the law of the Netherlands applies. The Contract language is German and Dutch.
